Natalie joined McFaddens in September 2007 as a solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Department.

She has broad experience in a range of corporate and commercial matters including assisting with AIM and PLUS listings, corporate restructuring, demergers, capital reductions, share sales and purchases, franchising, commercial agreements and company secretarial work.

Natalie graduated from the University of East Anglia with an LLB (Hons), and successfully completed the LPC with a Commendation. She qualified as a solicitor at a commercial practice in Hertfordshire.
