Japan
Terry Fujioka heads up our Japan Department and is one of only a handful of UK based native Japanese speaking UK qualified lawyers in London. The team works closely with Tokyo based banks, non-life insurance companies and manufacturers as well as publicly listed companies and London branches of Japanese companies in the London office branches. The team has a wealth of experience in all corporate matters, including share for share exchanges, reconstructions, contracts for employment and drafting directors service contracts. They also specialise in employment law and corporate immigration law and are fully bilingual to help out with all translation requirements should the need arise, for example when attending meetings with clients and counsel.
Israel office
McFaddens LLP is very pleased to be associated in Israel with Man-Barak, Israeli Advocates who are also Solicitors. The firm’s local representation is managed by Howard Epstein.
