Naoko commenced her training contract with McFaddens in October 2006.

Naoko was educated in Japan and since 2000 held various positions in Japanese companies in the UK liaising with a number of Japanese and English corporate clients. As Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of a large Japanese multinational organisation she developed her interest in legal affairs and was keen to pursue her career in this direction.

She went on to study law. She obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Law in 2004 and successfully completed the Legal Practice Course in 2006.

Naoko currently works on the Japan Department where she has gained considerable experience assisting Japanese corporate clients in the fields of corporate, immigration and employment law. She actively assists the firm’s clients with residential and commercial property matters and provides significant support for litigation matters.
